Note for mentors

Experienced researchers and leaders accompany the tandems and can contribute through advice and their experiences to the development of future research and career steps; the programme also provides opportunities for professional exchange and for passing on perspectives.

The mentoring is designed as a longer-term process and aims to foster sustainable contacts and well-considered career decisions.
