Mentoring program
The nine-month Cross Mentoring Program intentionally works across companies, industries and national borders. Core elements include:
- one-to-one mentoring with experienced leaders from other companies,

- workshops and online expert discussions,
- networking and social events,

- admission to an alumni club after completion.
The model is an external cross-company mentoring program, not a publicly described full-service offer to implement a bespoke internal mentoring program inside one company.
