Novas Lideranças | Para um Desporto +Igual focuses on leadership development supported by individual mentoring and is organised by Comité Olímpico de Portugal + IPDJ + CIG.

Format
The fourth edition runs from September to November 2026 and brings together 20 participants, combining leadership development, projects and individual mentoring.
