About the program
Reverse Mentoring is a year-long development program designed as a reversed mentoring process: young people (young mentors) share their perspective with experienced managers to help organizations adapt to rapidly changing technological, social, and consumer trends.

- Gaining a new perspective – young mentors bring understanding of trends and a fresh view on the needs of customers and employees.
- Building intergenerational dialogue – reducing communication gaps and supporting a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
- Developing a learning organization culture – modeling continuous learning attitudes among managerial staff.
Format and methodology
The program combines monthly group workshops with individual work: 3-hour workshop sessions that introduce the main topic, and individual consultations where reverse mentors deepen issues in the context of specific organizations and business challenges.

Organization
The program was developed in collaboration with organizations working in social innovation and intergenerational education, including collaboration with the Ashoka Foundation. The program team consists of experts in leadership, education, and work with young people.
