Reverse Mentoring is a year-long development program designed as a reversed mentoring process: young people (young mentors) share their perspective with experienced managers to help organizations adapt to rapidly changing technological, social, and consumer trends.

The program combines monthly group workshops with individual work: 3-hour workshop sessions that introduce the main topic, and individual consultations where reverse mentors deepen issues in the context of specific organizations and business challenges.

The program is aimed primarily at managers and leaders who want to better understand younger generations (those entering the job market and consumer market) and use that knowledge to build business strategy and organizational culture that respond to contemporary challenges.
