About the program
This is a reverse mentoring program initiated by Norges idrettsforbund in collaboration with Catalysts, aimed at increasing diversity and inclusion in sport. By reversing traditional roles, experienced sports leaders are paired with young leadership talents from minority backgrounds who act as mentors, allowing leaders to learn from different experiences and perspectives.
