About the program
TENK Mentor is a mentorship program aimed at women seeking careers in the technology sector. The program started as a pilot project in 2025 and continues with new cohorts. Participants receive a personal mentor, tailored matching based on ambitions and interests, and become part of TENK's network for women in tech.
What you receive as a mentee
- Personal guidance: Monthly meetings with an experienced mentor who provides career advice and professional sparring.
- Duration and structure: A program lasting approximately 12–18 months with monthly conversations and an in-person kick-off in Oslo.
- Network: Access to TENK's community of women in technology and opportunities to make connections.
- Support for the transition to work: Help building confidence, clarifying career goals and practical job-search advice.
