Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF)
Business organization operating since 1992 and running several mentoring initiatives built around corporate leaders. It is not a traditional consultancy, but its structured one-year cross-company X Mentor Program provides mentor/mentee preparation, workshops and an international perspective.

The Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) was founded in 1992 and has a long history of connecting major companies, business leaders and social initiatives in Hungary. It is a business membership and programme platform rather than a consulting firm.
X Mentor Program
HBLF’s official website documents multiple editions of its International X Mentor Program. The description of the seventh edition presents a one-year programme that:
- is open to corporate leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs,
- provides mentoring in Hungarian and English,
- offers structured preparation for mentors and mentees,
- includes one-to-one mentor meetings,
- includes career-related workshops.
HBLF describes the programme as a Mentor Oscar award-winning initiative.
The organization has also operated other mentoring formats, including the ROMASTER programme with corporate mentoring elements. This indicates substantial experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder mentoring processes involving companies.

How to position it
HBLF is not a consultancy selling end-to-end implementation of a private internal mentoring system. It is better understood as a cross-company programme operator and business network offering an established mentoring framework and access to a strong corporate community.
