Profile
Equaliser Foundation is a Hungarian organization focused on supporting women’s professional and leadership advancement. It is not a traditional consulting company; it acts as a cross-company mentoring programme operator, working with companies and corporate leaders to run a structured development process.
Mentoring programme
The foundation launched its first mentoring initiative in 2022 and has operated a structured multi-month programme since 2023. Its official 2025 programme summary states that 60 mentor–mentee pairs participated in 2023 and 92 pairs in 2024. The 2026 programme aims to connect 100 mentors and mentees.
The programme provides:
- a multi-month mentoring process,
- preparation and support for mentors,
- guides for mentors and mentees,
- in-person opening and closing events,
- workshops and networking opportunities,
- online expert consultations to resolve barriers,
- mentoring in both Hungarian and English.
The target group includes female talent working at organizations in Hungary, often already participating in their employers’ talent or leadership programmes. Leaders from partner corporations can also join as mentors, making the model intentionally cross-company.

How to position it in the directory
This is not a white-label internal mentoring system designed for one client. It is an established multi-company programme and may be especially useful for employers that want to place female talent into an external cross-company mentoring environment.
