Workplace mentoring
WIFI offers a dedicated “Mentoring in the Workplace” course. The three-day programme is designed to help participants learn:
- how to build an effective mentor–mentee relationship,
- communication and development tools for supporting mentees,
- how to handle difficult situations and resistance,
- how to make mentoring part of organizational culture,
- how to integrate mentoring into everyday work.
The programme is interactive and uses simulations, role play and group work. The official page says personal and online modules are available and that the programme can be delivered as customized group, open or individual development.
