Purpose and operation

This mentoring pathway sits within the Alumni Mentoring Club and gives priority to students who need stronger access to alumni networks and experience.

• Pairs can discuss academic choices, career decisions and the transition into work.
• emlyon alumni has reported historical growth in the pathway from 40 to 80 and then 137 pairs across successive cohorts.
