Capital Filles Mentoring is designed for Girls in their final year of secondary school at partner schools and first-year higher-education students.
Mentoring through Capital Filles
- In the final year of secondary school, a mentee is paired with a female mentor taking geographic proximity and career interests into account.
- The relationship follows the school year and can cover Parcoursup, CVs, cover letters, apprenticeships, understanding the workplace and confidence.
How the pathway is organised
The offer also continues into the first year of higher education to support studies, internships or apprenticeships and, where needed, reorientation.
