Coup de Main – Employment Mentoring, organised by La Cravate Solidaire, is intended for Jobseekers who need more intensive, personalised support.
Programme framework
Each mentee is supported by a volunteer with human-resources or recruitment expertise.
The mentee experience
- The pathway lasts from six weeks to six months and can combine in-person and remote meetings.
- Pairs can work on CVs, interview preparation, job-search platforms, workplace codes and self-confidence.
