The mentoring program of the Faculty of Labour Sciences pairs student mentors with incoming students in Labour Relations, Human Resources and related degree programs. Mentors support new students throughout their first year with the aim of easing their integration into university life.
What do mentors do?
- Continuous support during the first academic year.
- Periodic meetings to answer questions and share experiences.
- Academic, social and administrative guidance to help adapt to the university environment and with initial procedures.
