MINToring is the mentoring program of the Institute for Automation and Applied Informatics at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). It is aimed at female students in STEM subjects and connects them with women mentors from academia and professional practice to provide insights into different career paths and to accompany individual questions.
