What the program offers
plan m – Mentoring in Science is a mentoring programme of the University of Bremen that supports people in qualification phases in academia as they move to the next stage of their careers. Participants plan their next steps together with professors and other experts and work on questions of career development and positioning within academia.

Program structure
The programme combines individual one-to-one mentoring with complementary formats such as workshops, coaching and networking opportunities to strengthen subject-specific and transferable skills. Implementation is organised alternately for different subject groups.
