The FAIMA mentoring program is a peer-mentoring initiative that connects senior students with those beginning their studies in the Faculty of Entrepreneurship, Engineering and Business Management. Its purpose is to facilitate adaptation to university life, clarify academic aspects, and provide support for resolving practical study-related issues.

Role of mentors

Nature of the mentoring relationship
The mentoring relationship at FAIMA is based on dialogue, exchange of experience and practical support; it is informal and focused on integration and ongoing development, both academic and personal.
