About the program
Youth4Change is a project implemented by Fundația Autonómia together with Caritas Alba Iulia for young people from Romania and Hungary. Activities targeted pupils and high-school students aged 14–20, combining group activities with individual sessions.
Objectives
The project aimed at self-awareness, knowledge of professions and career orientation, development of creativity and skills, strengthening youth communities, and encouraging cooperation and mutual acceptance.
What it offers
- Group activities and practical workshops;
- Individual guidance and mentoring sessions;
- Support from mentors and youth workers;
- Development of creative and community initiatives on social topics;
