The AFIST Mentoring Program connects experienced mentors with individuals who are starting their careers or undergoing a professional transition through an interactive learning and development process. The 2025 edition focuses on three complementary directions—Soft Skills, Tech Skills, and Business—to support personal competencies, technical preparation, and understanding of the business environment.
Development areas
- Soft Skills – development in leadership, effective communication, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and conflict management, with emphasis on applicability in teams and professional settings;
- Tech Skills – orientation toward emerging technologies and practical competencies in areas such as programming, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data science, and cloud, through applied sessions and case studies;
- Business – understanding elements of management, marketing, sales, finance, and strategy, as well as practical perspectives on launching a startup or developing a career in the corporate environment.
