Purpose of the initiative
GERAÇÃO OMD focuses on professional mentoring focused on career development and sector-specific knowledge-sharing and is organised by Ordem dos Médicos Dentistas.

Young dentists at the start of their professional careers and experienced dentists acting as mentors.
Format
The 2026 pilot provides for up to 60 mentees and 30 mentors in a 12-month journey with at least six mandatory sessions.
