Mentoring initiative run by ISCAP – área de Recursos Humanos, centred on mentoring that combines peer support with contact with alumni and professionals. It is intended for iSCAP Human Resources students and HR alumni/professionals taking part as mentors.

Current bachelor's or master's Human Resources students can receive individual support from HR alumni/professionals.
