A mentoring program supporting students and postgraduate participants in developing leadership competencies through one-to-one meetings with experienced business leaders, plus workshops and development events.

About the program
The mentoring program Liderzy dla Liderów, organized by the Career and Internship Office of WSB Merito University Warsaw, supports the development of key modern leadership competencies such as emotional intelligence, critical thinking, change management and working in diverse teams. Participants combine theory with practice through collaboration with business practitioners and experts from various sectors.
Who can participate
Mentee: students from the 2nd semester of full-time and part-time programmes and participants of postgraduate studies ready to consciously shape their career path. Mentors: experienced leaders, managers and experts with practical experience in business and organisations.
Mentor profile
Mentors come from various industries and management levels — including finance, IT, HR, logistics, services and healthcare — and share experience in running projects, managing teams and implementing organisational changes. Mentor support combines practical guidance with the development of soft skills and strategic thinking.

Form and benefits
Mentoring meetings take place online, hybrid or in person depending on the needs of the mentoring pair. Participants receive individual developmental support, access to workshops and events, opportunities to expand their network and a certificate of participation; selected activities may also be presented in publications or interviews organised by the Career Office.

The mentor role is an opportunity to share knowledge and experience, build an expert profile, develop communication and coaching skills and expand professional networks; participation also helps to meet young talents and influence the shape of the future labor market.
