About the program
EY Future Female Club (previously “Dziewczyny Poziom Wyżej”) is a mentoring program for female students who are considering careers in areas such as strategy, transactions, consulting, technology, law, tax or audit. Participants are paired with EY mentors and work with them in one-to-one meetings on professional development and selected competencies.
What the program offers
- Mentoring 1:1 – individual development meetings with experienced professionals.
- Industry workshops – practical sessions that expand knowledge of selected business areas.
- Networking – opportunities to build relationships with people from different EY teams and with other participants.
- Support in career path development – help with career planning, choosing a specialization and developing technical and soft skills.
Mentors' areas of expertise
Mentors come from various EY practices and offer support in areas including:
- strategy and transaction advisory (M&A, due diligence, capital transactions),
- business consulting and transformation (including change management, operations, growth strategies),
- technology, AI and advanced data analytics,
- real estate markets, valuations and investment advisory,
- finance and accounting, audit and IPO processes,
- tax and corporate law,
- people consulting, talent development and leadership,
- risk management, anti-financial crime (AML) and compliance,
