About the program
Klub Mentorek is a one-year development, experience‑sharing and networking program dedicated to women who want to support other entrepreneurs while simultaneously developing their own leadership and business skills. The program combines a series of substantive trainings, mentoring practice and active network building within the Network of Entrepreneurial Women.
What membership offers
- Comprehensive Mentors' Club Academy – access to a series of online trainings and lectures totaling over 40 hours of educational materials on leadership, communication, mentoring and business development.
- Mentoring practice – required meetings with mentees to apply acquired knowledge in real development processes.
- Intervision and peer-to-peer – experience‑sharing sessions with other mentors and meetings with experienced mentors to refine one’s practice.
- Networking and visibility – networking events, opportunities to present at events and exposure of the mentor’s profile in the Network of Entrepreneurial Women’s prominent channels.
- Certificate and references – confirmation of participation and acquired mentoring competencies, with an option to receive references.
Academy structure
The program has a hybrid format: recorded lectures for self‑study and practical online workshops that enable interaction and live questions. Elements include both theoretical components (online training program) and practical components (individual meetings with mentees and intervision sessions).
Who is it for?
The Club invites women in established professional positions – leaders with at least 10 years of professional experience or those running their own company for a minimum of 5 years. Candidates may apply regardless of prior mentoring experience.
