About the program
Młodzi Liderzy Budownictwa is a mentoring program initiated by the Polish Association of Construction Employers (PZPB), aimed at people at the early stage of their careers in the construction sector who want to develop leadership skills, learn from practitioners, and build a network of industry contacts.
Key objectives
- Networking: connecting young professionals with sector leaders and enabling exchange of experience.
- Learning from leaders: setting development goals and receiving practical guidance from top managers.
- Soft skills development: training in public speaking, negotiation, team management, and change management.
- Industry development: shaping a conscious and qualified business environment in construction.
- Mental development: promoting intellectual sports (e.g. chess, bridge) in the context of business strategy.
Program format
- A series of substantive workshops held once a month at the PZPB headquarters, led by experts and leaders of member companies.
- Direct mentoring and meetings with managers and industry practitioners.
- Team work on a joint project — a publication addressing an important market issue, presented at the final gala.
Who can participate
The program is intended for employees of companies in the construction sector and graduates of technical and economic universities up to 35 years of age; the participant group is limited (up to 35 people), and selection is made by a recruitment committee appointed by the Program Council.
