Mentoring within the cybersecurity community

The ISSA Polska Mentoring Programme connects people developing their careers in cybersecurity with more experienced professionals from the same field. The 2026 cycle is the programme’s third edition.

The 2026 cycle

Mentee recruitment took place in March, with mentoring work scheduled from May to October. The programme provides at least six hours of mentoring and also includes support activities for mentors and mentees, such as training, webinars and supervision.

• Participation is designed for ISSA Polska members.
• At least 15 mentors are involved in the edition.
• Conversations can focus on career development and challenges specific to cybersecurity.
