A first step into the meetings industry with a mentor
Future Professionals is an MPI Poland Chapter programme for students who want to understand the sector better and make more informed early-career decisions. The second edition runs from November 2026 to February 2027.
Four months of one-to-one work
The edition creates 14 mentor–mentee pairs. Meetings can take place online or in person depending on the pair’s arrangements, with each mentee working on an individual development goal alongside an experienced industry professional.
The programme is aimed at students interested in fields such as events, tourism, hospitality and marketing, giving them access to practical knowledge and professional perspectives from the meetings industry.
