impact.lab creates six-month one-to-one mentoring relationships between people working in NGOs and mentors from the PZU Group. The programme, run by the PZU Foundation and Fundacja Ważne Sprawy, focuses on the practical development of people building their roles in the third sector.
Topics grounded in everyday NGO work
Mentoring can cover areas such as team management, communication, relationship building and fundraising. The individual format allows each mentee to apply a mentor’s experience to the realities of their own organisation and professional situation.
The programme connects social-sector participants with experienced practitioners for sustained development rather than offering a single training session.
