About the program
Woman That Matters is a Deloitte mentoring program aimed at female students entering the job market who want to plan their career consciously. Participants can have individual 1:1 meetings with experienced women leaders from various areas of the firm and access knowledge and practical tips useful at the start of a career.
Who is it for?
The program is intended for students:
- at least in the 3rd year of undergraduate studies or in the 1st/2nd year of master's studies,
- in fields such as finance, accounting, economics, law, computer science, mathematics, quantitative methods or ESG.
What does the program offer?
- 1:1 mentoring with Deloitte women leaders — conversations about career planning, skill development and choosing a specialization,
- the Woman That Matters TECH track dedicated to students interested in development in technology areas,
- the opportunity to learn practical good practices and expectations across industries,
- building a business network and support in developing self-confidence.
Who are the mentors?
The mentors are experienced women leaders working in areas such as audit, tax advisory, financial advisory, legal advisory (Deloitte Legal), technology consulting, marketing, talent management, risk, and teams focused on AI, data and transfer pricing. In the mentoring relationship they emphasize honesty, a partnership approach and practical support.
