About the program
Mentoring – because success is born in relationships is an initiative of the Career and Internships Office of Uniwersytet DSW aimed at supporting students' and graduates' personal, academic and professional development. Participants meet individually with experienced practitioners who share knowledge, experience and practical guidance on planning career paths, developing key competencies and building professional networks.
Who is it for
The program is intended for first-cycle, second-cycle and long-cycle master’s students, as well as university graduates who want to accelerate their professional development and receive practical support from specialists.

Format and expectations
The program is based on individual mentor–mentee meetings focused on exchanging experience, providing practical advice and planning further development. The mentoring relationship is developmental and relies on specific goals agreed by the participants. The program encourages long-term relationships and creates space for experimentation, reflection and implementation of development projects.
Why participate
Participating provides the opportunity to receive proven support from practitioners, gain new inspiration and increase confidence in building a career — for those seeking direction as well as for those already working who want to broaden their competencies.
