About the program

Kierunek: Ona is a free, non-partisan mentoring program organized by the Parliamentary Youth Council, aimed at young women aged 18–25. Participants work one-on-one with a dedicated mentor through a series of individual meetings that support skills development and planning for future professional and social paths.

Format and goals

Individual (1:1) mentoring carried out through a series of meetings.
Development of practical skills and planning for the future.
Preparation of a personal project to translate acquired knowledge into concrete action.

Who are the mentors?

Participants work with mentors who have experience in various areas, including:

law,
science,
politics,
business,
social activity.
