About the program

Program Mentoringowy IIA Polska is an initiative aimed at the professional development of association members through direct mentor–mentee cooperation. In this program, mentoring is understood as an effective way to transfer knowledge and experience, tailored to the individual needs of participants.

Who it's for

The program is intended for IIA Poland members interested in accelerating their professional development through mentoring led by practitioners with managerial and expert experience.

Achievements

The program has grown dynamically: in the first edition there were 10 Mentors and 11 Mentees, in the second 22 Mentors and 23 Mentees, and in the current edition 22 Mentors and 25 Mentees. The edition concludes with a formal closing and diploma presentation at the Institute's New Year's meeting.

Role of the organization and coordination

The initiative is run by a coordinator on behalf of IIA Poland — an experienced practitioner and academic lecturer with many years of auditing experience. The program operates under regulations that define the rules for pairing and the scope of cooperation.
