About the program

Mentoring UEW is a programme based on an individual relationship between a student and a mentor with professional experience. The aim is to support participants in identifying their needs, setting goals, and planning their professional development path.

What the program includes

Minimum six sessions of individual mentor–mentee meetings.
Joint meetings for participants and exchange of experiences within the group.
Additional training and support for both mentees and mentors.

Role of the mentor

Mentors share practical knowledge about their industry, profession, or a specific role.
Mentors invited to the programme have at least five years of professional experience.
Mentors are expected to be available for regular meetings and to actively support mentees in achieving agreed goals.
