About the program
Mentoring UEW is a programme based on an individual relationship between a student and a mentor with professional experience. The aim is to support participants in identifying their needs, setting goals, and planning their professional development path.
What the program includes
- Minimum six sessions of individual mentor–mentee meetings.
- Joint meetings for participants and exchange of experiences within the group.
- Additional training and support for both mentees and mentors.
Role of the mentor
- Mentors share practical knowledge about their industry, profession, or a specific role.
- Mentors invited to the programme have at least five years of professional experience.
- Mentors are expected to be available for regular meetings and to actively support mentees in achieving agreed goals.
