Startups Powered by Invest in Łódź is an acceleration program supporting startups with high technological potential, focused on increasing the chances of commercial success through access to funding, pilots and a business network.

Who it's for

The program is intended for teams from Poland and abroad that have a product or service at the MVP level and are seeking pilot/implementation opportunities, international expansion, investor contacts and business support.

What the program offers

Opportunity to run a pilot or implement in a municipal company or with one of the program partners (the program includes an extensive network of partners).
Access to funding and contacts with private investors and VC funds.
Support from a group of mentors, experts and trainers.
Access to over 60 companies and municipal firms and a network of several dozen partners (program materials mention 70 partners).
Participation in events with startups, investors and technology buyers, and promotion at international tech events.

Development tracks

The program operates in three specialized tracks matched to the startup's area of activity:

FinTech / E‑commerce – projects related to online banking, digital sales, payment platforms and financial data analysis.
Life Science – solutions in biotechnology, medicine, health, food and nutrition (BioTech, MedTech, FoodTech, AgroBioTech, HealthTech, Beauty).
Smart City – projects supporting urban transformation: mobility, energy solutions, waste management, public services, urban data analytics, EdTech.

Why it matters

The program combines the organizers' experience with practical pilot opportunities via municipal companies and a broad partner network, which facilitates product validation on the market, fundraising and entry into international markets. Recruitment for the program is continuous.
