About the program

REVERSE Mentoring is an intergenerational development program in which younger experts act as mentors to experienced managers and leaders. Its goal is knowledge exchange, the development of skills related to new technologies, and building intergenerational trust and understanding.

One-to-one sessions – 6 to 10 mentoring meetings per Mentor–Mentee pair.
Workshops and lectures – dedicated, practical sessions led by trainers and experts.
