About the program
Youth Business Poland (YBP) is a program run by the Fundacja Inkubator Technologiczny and is part of the international Youth Business International (YBI) network. The program focuses on long-term support for young entrepreneurs through individual mentoring, training and activities that support market entry and fundraising.
What we offer
- Mentoring – long-term, individual collaboration with experienced business mentors (YBP documents estimate the mentor network in Poland at around 100–120 people).
- Practical training – workshops and materials covering Lean, Business Model Canvas, Design Thinking and marketing and sales tools.
- Preparation for investment – support in creating investor presentations and establishing contacts with funds and investors collaborating with YBP.
- Promotion and networking – events, presentations and community meetings that help find customers, partners and collaborators.

The program is aimed at young people starting businesses and early-stage startups seeking substantive support and business contacts.
For prospective mentors
YBP works with volunteer mentors; the program offers an opportunity to share experience and have a real impact on the development of local entrepreneurs.
Scale and impact
According to YBP reports, in Poland the program has supported the creation of over 600 companies since 2008 and contributed to the creation of over 1,000 jobs; the organization is also part of an international network operating in many countries.
