About the program
InCredibles Sebastiana Kulczyka is a mentoring program operating since 2017, focused on long-term skills development and promotion of the best Polish startups. The program is based on an original "tailor-made" format of workshops and individual consultations with mentors, investors, potential clients and business practitioners.
What the program offers
- Mentoring package covering dozens of hours of individual and group consultations matched to teams' needs.
- Support in building company value, business models, scaling and financing.
- Access to a network of mentors, investors, experts and partners from universities, institutions and funds.
Participants and format
Only laureates of leading competitions are invited as finalists — young entrepreneurs building mission-driven companies with global potential. The InCredibles community includes several dozen companies (including 72 entities listed in the source material).
Ecosystem and initiatives
InCredibles co-creates reports, debates and publications and sponsors educational events. The program also initiated Poland's first MBA for startups (in cooperation with SGH) and the radio show "Firmament" on Radio 357. Partners and mentors include leading universities, companies, competition organizers, investment funds and practitioner experts, referred to among others as Good Spirits and Guiding Spirits.
Young InCredibles
Young InCredibles is a related initiative supporting the most innovative youth projects — laureates receive a dedicated support package including consultations with an investor, coach supervision and participation in workshops and partner events.
The program is free and run by invitation; its offer focuses on developing human capital, access to mentors and building relationships with market practitioners and investors.
