About the program
LeadersIN is an inter‑corporate mentoring program that for 11 years has connected aspiring women leaders (mentees) with experienced leaders from the highest levels of management. The program focuses on developing leadership competencies and increasing women’s representation in management positions.

- Organizations interested in developing female talent within their structures
What the program includes
- One‑to‑one mentoring relationships with board members and leaders from international and Polish companies
- Sessions of the Conscious Leadership Academy and development workshops
- Exchange of experiences among participants from different companies and opportunities for network building
Organizers and collaborators
The program was designed by representatives of companies on the Program Council in cooperation with the Vital Voices Foundation. Since the 6th edition, Talent Chase has been the program partner and coordinator. Mentors are primarily board members and senior leaders.
