Who is it for?
Talented high school students from across Poland
About the program
Program Mentoringowy OFF was created to provide systematic support to talented young people in preparing for and successfully applying to prestigious foreign universities. Each year a limited number of laureates are selected from a large pool of applicants; laureates receive scholarships and join the foundation's community.
How the program works
- Mentoring Cruise – a week-long integrative and educational cruise on the Great Masurian Lakes during which participants work in crews with mentors and take part in workshops on university applications, self-presentation, and leadership skills.
- Individual mentoring – after the cruise, laureates are paired with individual mentors, typically students and graduates of top foreign universities, who support them in choosing a country, university and course, and in preparing application documents.
- Workshop and events program – participants have access to closed lectures, academic trainings, and panels with practitioners from business, science, and non-governmental organizations, which strengthen both hard and soft skills.
Benefits for laureates
- individual mentoring support throughout the entire application process,
- free participation in the Mentoring Cruise and the workshop program,
- access to foundation events and networking with leaders from various sectors,
- opportunities for internships and placements with partner companies and support for personal initiatives,
- possibility of receiving financial support and educational materials.
Who it's for
The program is aimed at talented high school students, with particular emphasis on those from smaller towns and rural areas; candidates should demonstrate above-average academic potential or significant extracurricular achievements, initiative, and strong development potential.
Selection and course
The recruitment process consists of selection stages through which a group of laureates is chosen from the applications. After the scholarship ceremony, laureates take part in the Mentoring Cruise and then continue to work with mentors through individual cooperation and workshop sessions.
The program is part of the foundation's broader activities, which also include conferences, masterclasses, and thematic panels, giving participants additional opportunities for development and building valuable contacts. The foundation also provides support mechanisms for Ukrainian youth.
