About the program
The Fundacja Liderek Biznesu Mentoring Program provides practical developmental support for people on leadership and strategic career paths, combining individual mentoring with workshops and networking meetings. The program holds international EMCC accreditation at the highest (gold) level and is delivered drawing on the experience of hundreds of mentors and mentees from various industries.
What the program includes
- At least 6 individual 1:1 mentoring sessions with an experienced mentor;
- 4 online development workshops supporting leadership and professional skills;
- networking sessions and experience sharing;
- 3 in-person meetings (inauguration, mid-term meeting, closing gala) with online broadcast.
Who it's for
The program is aimed at people with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience who are at a leadership or strategic development stage — those who want to work on real professional challenges, set ambitious goals, and regularly develop under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
Who you may meet as a Mentor
- experienced business leaders, board members and top management;
- practitioners from over 50 industries with experience in implementing organizational change and building teams;
- supervisors and mentors accredited by organizations such as EMCC, ICF or other mentoring practice standards.
