About the program
The Mentoring Program of Kozminski University was created to support talented ALK students in planning and pursuing their career paths. The program pairs students with alumni who act as mentors and share their professional experience.
Format and activities
In the first editions the mentoring relationship was planned for one year. In addition to individual mentoring, the program included workshops and development trainings that complement mentor–mentee meetings and help build professional and soft skills.
Benefits for participants
- For students: individual support in planning a career path and sharing of practical experience by alumni;
- Skill development: participation in workshops and development trainings;
- Networking: building relationships within the Academy community;
- Community strengthening: the program also serves an integrative role, reinforcing ties within the ALK community.
