The mentoring program of the Association of HR Practitioners (PSZK) is intended for professionals developing their careers in HR. It is based on a one‑to‑one mentor–mentee relationship and on a inter‑company exchange of experience, enabling participants to learn practical solutions and perspectives from different organizations.
