What is the mentoring scheme?
Mentoring is a structured, goal-oriented development process in which an experienced founder, company leader, or professional shares knowledge and experience with a founder or business. The mentor's role is not to provide all the answers, but to ask good questions, challenge established thinking patterns, and offer new perspectives to help the founder make better decisions, avoid unnecessary mistakes, and increase momentum.
What does the scheme offer members?
- Guidance and experience: Access to mentors with practical business experience.
- Network: Opportunity for relevant network access through the mentors.
- Flexible formats: Open mentoring activities, digital Q&A hours, group mentoring, and individual programs.
How is the offering tailored?
The mentoring offering is adapted to member category, needs, available capacity, and mentor expertise.
For individual members
- Access to open mentoring activities, digital Q&A hours, and group mentoring.
- Option for an individual assessment conversation and application for personal mentor matching.
- Individual mentor programs are assigned after assessment of needs and available expertise.
For corporate members
- Priority access to individual mentor matching.
- Option for a structured mentor program focused on the company's needs.
- A typical program may include:
- Duration: up to six months
- Meetings: usually one session per month, in person or digital
- Format: structured conversations with reflection, advice, and concrete action points
- Participants: up to two people from the member company
For prospective mentors
The program is also aimed at experienced founders, company leaders, and professionals who wish to contribute as mentors, ask good questions, and share perspectives that can accelerate development and decision-making in younger businesses.
