About the program

TIND – Fra campus til karriere is a mentor program at UiT that pairs bachelor and master students with mentors from the private and public sectors in Northern Norway. The program is run by the School of Business and has been offered in both Tromsø and Harstad.

What does the program offer?

During the semester, students gain insight into working life and practical perspectives on their studies.
Participation provides the opportunity to build networks with experienced leaders and professionals.
Students can discuss career choices and occupational opportunities with mentors from both the private and public sectors.

Purpose and benefits

The aim is to strengthen the connection between studies and working life and to make education more relevant to the labour market. At the same time, the program gives organizations contact with potential future employees.
