Mentoring programmes
AFF designs and delivers tailored mentoring programmes for organisations. Its work can cover programme objectives and target groups, mentor and mentee selection, matching, mentor training, joint sessions and programme follow-up. A typical programme runs for around one year and combines mentoring conversations with group sessions and development assignments. AFF states that its programmes are based on international standards for business-based mentoring and research-based methods.
Experience and clients
AFF highlights broad experience with major Norwegian organisations and states that 14 of the 20 largest companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange and 38 of the 50 largest organisations on DN's top-500 list had been clients during a recent three-year period. AFF also describes a long mentoring track record: it took over operation and further development of NHO's Oppdagelsesreise mentoring programme in 1999.
