ODA-Nettverk
ODA-Nettverk is a large Nordic diversity-in-tech network with a structured mentoring programme and reverse mentoring, supported by an extensive partner and membership community.
About the organisation
ODA-Nettverk is a Norwegian diversity network in the technology sector that has been active since 2005. It reports more than 11,000 members, over 70 partners and around 150 volunteers across regions.
Mentoring programme
ODA operates a structured mentoring programme in which mentor and mentee agree goals and ways of working and follow a defined programme journey with evaluation. The network also offers reverse mentoring. Its reverse-mentoring format includes applications, interviews and matching, typically 1–2 meetings per month and several joint sessions during the year.
Relevance for organisations
ODA is primarily a network and programme operator, not a conventional consultancy that builds arbitrary internal mentoring programmes on assignment. For technology companies, however, its partnership and programme model can provide access to an established mentoring structure and a large diversity-focused professional community.
Other activities
Networking, events, partner activities and diversity and inclusion initiatives for the technology sector.
