Description

Coltiviamoci is the mentoring program of Ca’ Foscari Venezia, promoted by the Career Service in collaboration with CF Alumni. The program pairs students, degree candidates and recent graduates with professionals who have at least five years of experience to provide practical guidance and direct insight into the world of work.

Program structure

Six meetings between mentee and mentor, held in person or remotely;
Meetings are preceded by training sessions designed to prepare both mentees and mentors for the program.

Professional areas

The covered areas include sustainability, finance, ICT, institutions, management, marketing, human resources, culture, tourism and other related fields.

Why participate

For mentees: gain professional orientation, build a network and develop skills useful for entering the job market;
For mentors: offer established professional experience and support the development of young talent.

The program is promoted by the Career Service of Ca’ Foscari Venezia in collaboration with CF Alumni.
