Program description

The IAA Italy mentoring program is designed to promote intergenerational exchange between senior members and young communication professionals. The path is aimed at supporting career goals, building a clearer professional vision, and fostering personal growth through direct engagement with experienced mentors.

Format and delivery

Individual meetings: the program includes at least four meetings between mentor and mentee.
Flexible delivery: sessions can take place in-person, online, or in a hybrid format.
