The Luiss Ally Program links students about to graduate with young alumni who have begun professional careers, offering a mentoring pathway focused on the transition from university to the workplace.

What it offers

Targeted support to tackle selection processes in competitive fields.
One-to-one mentoring: each Ally mentors a single student at a time for a maximum of three months.
Shared action plan developed together by the Ally and the student to focus objectives and practical activities.
