Progetto Mentoring is an initiative of the Alumni Association of Collegio Plinio Fraccaro in Pavia that offers free support to students of the Collegio and to some students of the University of Pavia selected by the Association. The mentoring is designed to ease the academic path and the transition to the world of work, drawing on the experience and skills of the alumni community.
