Program description

The Progetto Mentoring Guido establishes a guided relationship between senior Luiss alumni and junior alumni (within three years of completing a master's degree or a single-cycle degree) to support young graduates in personal and professional decisions.

How it works

• Matching between mentor and mentee is based on a profiling questionnaire.
• The program consists of meetings spread over a six-month period.

What it offers

• For mentees: guidance on professional and personal choices, and discussion about skills and career prospects.
• For mentors: the opportunity to share experience, skills and perspectives with young graduates.

The Project promotes the transfer of experience between generations of alumni and provides a structured, personalized path to support the early post-graduation steps.
